Return policy

Return Conditions:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items: All items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Items such as customized pieces and intimate wear (e.g., swimwear, undergarments) are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons. Sale/clearance items can only be exchanged for different items or a store credit, not refunded.

How to Return an Item:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us through your order page or through the chat with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Shipping Your Return: You will receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Return Shipping Costs: € 12, $ 13

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Need a different size or color? Reach out to us to arrange an exchange.
