Yes, our e-commerce ships globally with trusted express couriers, the price you see in your shopping cart is the final price you pay and you will no longer be charges for duties & taxes (NEW)

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

We offer express shipping to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

• Europe: 1-3 business days.

• International: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that express shipping times may vary due to factors like customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen delays. Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

What are the return, refund and exchange policies?

Return Conditions:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items: All items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Items such as sale/clearance items, customized pieces, and intimate wear (e.g., swimwear, undergarments) are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.


How to Return an Item:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us through your order page or through the chat with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Shipping Your Return: You will receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Return Shipping Costs: € 12, $ 13

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
