In this role, you would support the day-to-day relationship between the brand and its community. This includes engaging across social channels, managing conversations in DMs and comments, and helping maintain a consistent and thoughtful tone of voice. You may also support collaborations, cultural moments, and occasional activations in Milan.

We are looking for someone who is naturally empathetic, culturally aware, and comfortable communicating in writing. An interest in fashion, music, and independent brands is important. The role is based in Milan with a hybrid setup and partial remote flexibility.

You would create video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, translating products, fits, and brand moments into engaging visual stories. The role involves experimenting with formats and trends, and occasionally shooting content in Milan.

This position suits someone who feels comfortable creating or directing content, understands digital culture intuitively, and has a strong interest in fashion. Editing skills are a plus but not required. The role is Milan-based with partial remote flexibility.

This role supports the operational side of the brand and helps ensure our online store and marketplace presence run smoothly.

Responsibilities include assisting with product uploads and updates on Shopify, supporting marketplace operations such as stock and pricing, and helping monitor orders and product availability. You would work closely with customer experience and logistics to support daily operations and sales moments.

We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and interested in how fashion brands operate digitally. Experience with Shopify is a plus but not required. The role is based in Milan with hybrid working flexibility.

You would assist with supplier communication, track sampling and production timelines, support costing and material follow-ups, and help coordinate between creative, production, and operations teams. The role requires structure, clarity, and comfort working across different time zones.

This position suits someone with an understanding of apparel production or sourcing and a calm, solution-oriented approach. The role is based in Milan with partial remote flexibility.

You would manage customer communication via email, support returns and exchanges, and handle special or VIP requests. The role involves working closely with e-commerce and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve the overall post-purchase experience.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, solves problems calmly, and understands the expectations of a premium direct-to-consumer brand. Experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus.
